Not just this, he has also served the job of Manager (Security) in various reputed firms such as Mukerian Paper Ltd. - unit of Oswal Group, Punjab Wireless Communications Ltd, a government undertaking concern and Nestle India Ltd., Moga - a multinational company. So the experience is a mix of Government Security Structure, Formal Diploma and Corporate Security Setups, which is an ideal combination to lead and establish security structure for any kind of scenario. Company Structure
| Guarding Structure: Guard, Head Guard, Supervisor, Assistant Security Officer, Security Officer, Chief Security Officer (Brigadier etc). |

| Operational Structure: Patrolling Supervisor, Field Officer, Assistant Manager (Operations), Manager (Operations), Director (Operations) Branch Manager or Branch Officer reports to Head Office. They have guarding structure, Operational Structure, Marketing. |

| Wages: All the statuary requirements of the government are fulfilled by Lancer such as PF, Gratuity, and ESI etc. |
Special Services to Customers
| 1. Guard’s Selection is right of our customer and they are free to choose guard of their choice from our guard pool. Guards are rotated every three months to make more secure environment. | |
| 2. In case of any Damage, Lancer works cooperatively with our customer to probe the cause of damage and look for improvements. Then we decide on this as per our mutual understanding. |
